Ingredients: Pregnenolone, l-a-lysophosphatidylcholine, l-a-phosphatidyl choline, black cohosh root extract, DHEA,  therapeutic grade essential oils of canadian fleabane (conyza canadensis), clary sage, frankincense, peppermint and fennel, magnesium stearate, silicone dioxide and gelatin.

Therapeutic grade essential oils are used in this dietary supplement. Available in 60 capsules.

Usage: Take 2 capsule in the morning before breakfast. If desired, for extra benefits, take another two capsule before retiring. Use daily for 8 weeks. Discontinue use for 2-4 weeks before once more resuming. Keep in a cool dry place. Keep out of heat or direct sunlight.
