Ingredients:  Yacon from Smallanthus sanchifolius. Made from the tuberous roots.

Available in a bottle containing 8 fluid ounce container.

Usage:  Use as desired in lieu of sugar. You may also need to reduce the amount of liquid, just as you would for honey. Substitute sugar or honey with Blue Agave at a ratio of approximately 1:3/4. Keep in a cool dry place. Keep out of heat or direct sunlight.
